Welcome to My Classroom! A tour around the Aquaponics Lab

Friday, February 23, 2018
I post a lot of pictures around my classroom- fish, plants, lumber, student projects. I thought it would be fun to give you a quick video tour of my whole classroom, so you can see how I get so much stuff squeezed into a room (spoiler alert- my room is HUGE!)

Comment below about your rooms- what do you love about your teaching space??

  1. Your aquaponics set up is so cool! What a great opportunity for your kiddos!

My favorite part of my classroom is my back wall that is covered in bookshelves. I also have a huge tracing of Hogwarts & the Quidditch pitches in the middle of it. I love having so many books to share with my kids. And my Harry Potter theme this year makes me so happy!

  2. I am no longer in the classroom, but homeschooling! My daughter has a small dedicated school space and we have a large shelf with all of our supplies. :)

  6. I have a TINY aquaponics system in my classroom this year that I got through DonorsChoose! I had never had a fish or grown a plant so it was quite a challenge for me and I am proud to say all three of my goldfish are still alive! Can't say the same for my plants though... But I love having it in the class!
